Best Credit Union to Work For

To say that 2020 has been a challenging year would be a massive understatement. Months into a worldwide pandemic, we are starting to see the toll that COVID has taken on individuals and businesses alike – credit unions included. Thankfully, InFirst remains sound and financially strong.

For the third year in a row, we were recognized as “The Best Credit Union to Work For” in our asset size. Despite the obstacles that 2020 has brought, we were able to support our employees and provide a fun work environment. After joining us, employees can expect to receive two computer monitors and a stand-up desk. They may also participate in our mentorship program to help them learn, develop and grow.  Our team stated that they love our virtual spirit week, which included themed days such as wearing Hawaiian attire, team jersey day, and taking a picture with a pet.

InFirst has focused on employee safety by equipping our team members with the remote capabilities necessary to provide the same caliber of service to our members – regardless of their physical location.
