E-Services Refresher

Businesses across the globe are trying to find new ways to serve their customers. Food trucks are visiting private neighborhoods, curbside pickup, carryout, and delivery is the norm, and digital solutions are everywhere. Banking is no exception.  While banks and credit unions have offered e-services for some time, many are finding it is now critical to their functionality.

E-Services

Our E-Services are not new, but if you need a refresher, you’ve come to the right place. We offer Mobile Banking, Online Banking, E-Wallets, E-Alerts, and eStatements. We also offer the option to digitally sign many of our documents, including loan documents. This means that your banking will not need to experience an interruption just because of a pandemic (or whatever else comes along).

Online Banking

Bank from your desktop by logging into Online Banking from a PC. With Online Banking, you can view balances, pay bills, transfer funds internally and externally, view transactions, make travel notes, change your address, request a Skip-A-Pay for your loan, and more!

Mobile Banking

Most banking institutions will have a mobile app available for download in either the App Store or Google Play. A mobile app is especially convenient for members who live further away from a physical branch, or who simply prefer not to visit a branch/shared branch. Tap the app, scan your thumb (or enter a password), and bank at your fingertips. Our app allows you to check balances, transfer funds internally, pay your loan, view transactions, pay bills, deposit checks, view your credit score, and more. Best of all, it’s free!

E-Wallets

We partner with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, FitBit, and Garmin. This means you can register your InFirst FCU credit or debit card and pay using just your phone. This service assigns a single-use token for transactions, which means it’s more secure than traditional payment methods, and you will never have to touch a card reader or sign for a transaction. Contactless payments are definitely gaining popularity now.

E-Alerts

These valuable tools help you stay on top of your account and prevent fraudulent use of your money. Each service is free, so there is no reason to wait to register. I wrote a more in-depth blog about these services, so check it out right here. Ready to sign up? Watch the videos below for a step-by-step tutorial on each service.

E-Alert – You will be notified about your selected alert criteria on your InFirst FCU debit and/or share accounts.

Fraud Alert – Receive a text message or automated phone call for suspected fraud on your InFirst FCU Credit or Debit cards.

VISA Purchase Alert – Register your VISA cards, and receive alerts via text, email, or both for transactions meeting your selected criteria. This works for virtually all VISA cards in your wallet.

eStatements

Electing this service will allow you to receive your banking statements electronically, rather than in the mail. This means no more waiting to view your account history, no lost or stolen mail, and you’ll help save the environment at the same time. Don’t forget this is also one of the requirements for earning the highest dividend rate on our Ultimate Checking account.

Docusign

For those of you interested in a loan with us, you don’t have to visit a branch. Instead, you can digitally sign your loan paperwork for a seamless loan closing. You’ll finish the process quicker, which means you get your money faster. :)
